It's a wrap!

Blog has been stagnant for a while and this will be my last post for the year.

To sum up what's been happening since our trip to Guangzhou:

* Our Baby turned 9 and she has grown a lot, speaks fluent English and is less moody :)

*Went to KL, supposedly for a 2-day training and only to find out on the actual day that our trainer was suspected to have H1N1. She was quarantined for ten days and therefore training was cancelled.

Since I came a day early, I took the liberty of food hunting at Mid Valley and The Greens, and no, handbags and shoes were not on my list :). For dinner, Nandos' Caesar Salad with extra hot roasted chicken it was;

and for dessert, tried out Beard Papa's cream puffs with vanilla custard. Thinking they were bite size pieces I asked for two. Bite size pieces they were not! Hehe....each one was as big as my palm!

And another one not to be missed are the durian and cempedak pancakes. I blogged about the durian pancakes last year but this time managed to get clearer pics of both.

* We were speakers for our NBT. But highlight of the day had to be RHR's recognition. Nervous as I was on that day, I was overcome by emotions since we had the honour of calling them on stage.

Big CONGRATULATIONS to them again

* Tomorrow is Chibi's 17th(!!!) birthday. A very very happy birthday to you. I still remember the day I gave birth to him at Richmond Hospital. Natural birth with only gas and air as my painkillers. It was worth it when he came out with grey eyes and almost blonde hair (it still is but a bit darker)

Anyway, wrapping up the year, WeetBiX & I would like to wish Merry Christmas to our friends celebrating it and to all
